The HR, Talent, & Culture group invite you to our next event, sponsored by Hibob and Barclays Rise: How to Attract and Keep Top FinTech Talent.

There’s a global lack of talent that’s threatening to hold the FinTech industry back. A recent study of 900 workers and employers in the UK found that 61% of companies say they’re facing a moderate to extreme FinTech-related skills shortage. And this dearth of top talent in FinTech is occuring during a period of rapid growth. This sector currently employs over 60,000 people and generates almost £7 billion a year in the UK.

During this panel discussion we’ll answer questions like:

  • What initiatives can you take to attract new talent to your FinTech?
  • From which industries/specialties is FinTech finding and keeping top talent?
  • How’s technology helping FinTech streamline its recruitment processes?
  • What’s more important for a career in FinTech, a financial or technical background?

Our incredible line-up of speakers include:

  • Kate Diver, Head of People Operations UK & Asia Pacific at TransferWise
  • Pippa Hammond, Head of Business Operations at Trussle
  • Sophie Theen, Head of HR & Talent at 11FS

This is also an opportunity to network with other HR professionals and share ideas and experiences over drinks and appetizers.
