This 30min online session will get you up and running with bob fast and fuss-free.
We’ll be looking at the features of bob, how you can customise bob to suit your company, and the ready made reports and processes that we’ve created to save you time.
You’ll learn how to:
- Set up bob for your company
- Add your employees and invite them to use bob
- Request and approve time off
- Set up your own time-related policies – from training or working from home, to sickness and holidays
- Upload your company docs, including handbooks, forms and health & safety policies
- Set up tasks, like requesting employees read a new doc or completes their expenses
- Use task templates to run whole processes, like onboarding new employees
- Access the benefits marketplace to help you with pensions auto-enrolment, choosing private medical insurance for your team, and much more
- Run and save regular reports, like phone lists or monthly salaries
- Adjust your settings and create a great welcome email for employees
