Dominique Sivak, HR Manager at Kano, is responsible for staffing and supporting the organisation, including selecting and setting up benefits and perks for employees. Kano creates computer and coding kits for all ages, all over the world. Its mission is to empower a new creative generation to make and play with technology, not just consume it. Dominique will be sharing what Kano offer in terms of benefits, and how they use their benefits package to encourage Kano employees to stay with the organisation longer.


Philip Alexander, CEO of Mentorial, is the curator of the Employee Experience and HR Digest for Startup Digest. Mentorial is a career development platform, where Philip brings a strategic view of benefits and retention to this session, and will address trends in retention practices and how benefits support them. With a background as an analyst and strategist, Philip will be bringing the data to this meetup.
